Dan’s been a part of PJP for 36 years—starting in the company as a young man and skilled carpenter.
When the opportunity to purchase the company from his predecessor came up, it was an easy yes for Dan and his wife, Sherry. While excited for the future, it was one of the hardest days in Dan’s life when he officially hung up his tool belt.
Building and creating bring Dan immense joy. He thrives in making a plan come together. When challenges occur, and they always do, he rises to the occasion with his visionary
mindset and leadership skills, bringing his team together on a weekly basis to mastermind, think creatively, and inspire one another to craft out-of-the-box solutions.
Starting as a carpenter and working his way up to owner gives Dan a competitive advantage over any other contractor. He knows when a job is done right and holds his team to impeccable standards.
